Waterfalls
Wow the first of December, how the time flies! And what a year it’s been once again!! Still a month to go though before it all starts again but if I could put an order in I really would like the next one to be slightly less crazy if that’s ok!
Anyway I digress.
This morning Sara and the kids are up at crazy time for school which fortunately I sleep though and enjoy another hours sleep before Sara comes back and we make some plans for today.
There’s some waterfalls not too far from their apartment so we decide to make for there for a bite to eat and a look around, heading ultimately for a little restaurant that overlooks a lake.

Sara hadn’t visited these waterfalls before and unfortunately we managed to end up in the wrong part of the park, the area without the restaurant! We were both getting a bit peckish by now and really fancied a nice bite to eat, we’d just paid to get in though so had a quick look at the waterfalls and attempted a very muddy sticky trail then jumped back in the car to get to the lunch stop.
It wasn’t long before it was time to pick up the kids again from school. The early evening was spent chatting with the kids then after their bedtime Sara and I carried on our mammoth catch-up and girly gossip. So much has happened in the last 8 years for both of us and much more to come I’m sure. ;-)
